Although we tend to price projects on a case by case basis, this is a guide to the services and project packages we offer to our clients.

Documentation

All of our employees have a Working with Children Check certification in line with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012, and Child Protection (Working with Children) Regulation 2013. Majestic Air will provide the administrative department of each school copies of all relevant documentation, such as our comprehensive Health and Safety documentation, Public Liability Insurance, Work Cover Certificate, Working with Children Check and ARCtick licence.

Asset Register

Majestic Air Conditioning keep an Asset Register for our Commerical Clients whom setup a Routine Preventative Maintenance Program. The Asset Register will assist all parties involved with developing maintenance contracts, location of air conditioning system/s, brand, model and serial number of equipment where accessible .

Care, from design to post-installation

Our dedicated staff will spend time with you, prior to installation, to design an air conditioning system based on your requirements. Our tradespeople will take care to install your new air conditioning system correctly, clean up after themselves and show you how to operate and maintain your system upon completion. Post-installation care is only a phone call away should you have any questions about your new air conditioning system.

Our experienced installation technicians can deliver a complete and professional installation, from start to finish with minimal disruption to the daily operation of your school or business. Service and repairs

Our Service Technicians are qualified to carry out repairs on a variety of air conditioning systems. From wall mounted split systems to ducted and package type systems, our team of specialists can service and resolve most technical issues on-site. We specialize in repairing certain brands therefore we ensure our Service Technicians under go continual training to maintain current knowledge on all our products.

Preventative Maintenance

Air conditioning systems require regular maintenance otherwise they become inefficient, wasting electricity and money. Our aim is to provide you with a system which has the most efficient performance while minimizing energy consumption and costs. Majestic Air Conditioning can work with you to develop a cost effective Preventative Maintenance program to assist with extending the life of your air conditioning system. Our Service Technicians will develop a strategy catered specifically to your systems environment. Regular maintenance includes a comprehensive system service from filter maintenance to a full system health check.
